All good. So sorry. Just to kinda recap there, in February, gold did take quite a heavy dip. Essentially, people were taking profits. It was a bit of a start with that war, and Trump was starting to sorta get into things a little bit deep with the the move... The the tweeting and with the war, and there was a lot in the news. So people were taking some profits out of there. We stayed invested in physical gold because taking your money out at the point when it is at its lowest is the worst thing you can possibly do. You're cementing or crystallizing those losses, and we know physical gold does come back. It has gone through those ups and downs over the last thirty plus years, and it has always come out and recovered. And physical gold is recovering from that point. It is still doing very well. What we sort of see when you sort of look at those sorts of dips, we wanna know what is happening or is the investment still worth investing in. Majority of times, the answer is yes because we can't time the market. If we had, at some point in February, said, hey. You should sell out of this physical gold and move your money into cash, we would be assuming that that that could be the height of the market or that it's gonna go down a lot more. However, we risk it actually taking a turn and coming back and recovering, and it takes time to sell out of investments. To sell out of an ETF or a managed fund, it can take anywhere from two to three days. For... Been a long... It can actually take a couple of weeks to sell out. Because when you sell investments, you need to have a buyer. It is an actual transaction that has two sides of coin. So the way we see the ups and downs when you're younger, when you've got a lot more time on your side like you still do, you know, you're able to go through those ups and downs, see your portfolio take great growth, go through the down times, and keep investing. That way, you take advantage of the down times. The way I kind of like to explain it to clients is think about if you went to bought a bought a shirt tomorrow and you paid full price. The shirt was $50. It was a good quality shirt, and you really like that shirt. If the next day that same shirt had gone on sale and was half priced, you would be really upset if you bought that shirt at full price knowing you could get a half price the following day and get the same quality shirt. That's the way we like to see volatility. Yeah. Yep. Yep. Absolutely. Mhmm. Absolutely. Yeah. So, essentially, if, you know, physical gold drops by 50 or, you know, by 18% tomorrow, it's essentially a discounted investment. What we like to see with your investments... Because as I said, we can't time the market. We don't know where the top and the bottom is. We wanna keep you investing throughout those ups and downs so you take advantage of all the ups and downs that the market sees. If you buy physical gold today at $50 per share and tomorrow, it's down at, you know, $25 per share and your contributions go in, you buy more units of that same investment. Then when the investment comes out of that downturn, you see more growth from that because you've purchased some of those units when the market is down. So it's about taking, yeah, it's about taking advantage of those downtimes. Albeit, I'll be really honest, when you do see it down, it is the hardest time to take advantage of that because we don't like to see things in those down points. But you've got a lot of time ahead of you at the moment. With the way your portfolio is structured, you're in that growth environment. So you're essentially seeing 80% of your super invested in growth assets. It was a bit of a start with that war, and Trump was starting to sorta get into things a little bit deep with the the move... The the tweeting and with the war, and there was a lot in the news.\n\nSo people were taking some profits out of there. We stayed invested in physical gold because taking your money out at the point when it is at its lowest is the worst thing you can possibly do. You're cementing or crystallizing those losses, and we know physical gold does come back. It has gone through those ups and downs over the last thirty plus years, and it has always come out and recovered. And physical gold is recovering from that point.\n\nIt is still doing very well. What we sort of see when you sort of look at those sorts of dips, we wanna know what is happening or is the investment still worth investing in. Majority of times, the answer is yes because we can't time the market. If we had, at some point in February, said, hey. You should sell out of this physical gold and move your money into cash, we would be assuming that that that could be the height of the market or that it's gonna go down a lot more.\n\nHowever, we risk it actually taking a turn and coming back and recovering, and it takes time to sell out of investments. To sell out of an ETF or a managed fund, it can take anywhere from two to three days. For... Been a long... It can actually take a couple of weeks to sell out.\n\nBecause when you sell investments, you need to have a buyer. It is an actual transaction that has two sides of coin. So the way we see the ups and downs when you're younger, when you've got a lot more time on your side like you still do, you know, you're able to go through those ups and downs, see your portfolio take great growth, go through the down times, and keep investing. That way, you take advantage of the down times. The way I kind of like to explain it to clients is think about if you went to bought a bought a shirt tomorrow and you paid full price.\n\nThe shirt was $50. It was a good quality shirt, and you really like that shirt. If the next day that same shirt had gone on sale and was half priced, you would be really upset if you bought that shirt at full price knowing you could get a half price the following day and get the same quality shirt. That's the way we like to see volatility. Yeah.\n\nYep. Yep. Absolutely. Mhmm. Absolutely.\n\nYeah. So, essentially, if, you know, physical gold drops by 50 or, you know, by 18% tomorrow, it's essentially a discounted investment. What we like to see with your investments... Because as I said, we can't time the market. We don't know where the top and the bottom is.\n\nWe wanna keep you investing throughout those ups and downs so you take advantage of all the ups and downs that the market sees. If you buy physical gold today at $50 per share and tomorrow, it's down at, you know, $25 per share and your contributions go in, you buy more units of that same investment. Then when the investment comes out of that downturn, you see more growth from that because you've purchased some of those units when the market is down. So it's about taking, yeah, it's about taking advantage of those downtimes. Albeit, I'll be really honest, when you do see it down, it is the hardest time to take advantage of that because we don't like to see things in those down points.\n\nBut you've got a lot of time ahead of you at the moment. However, we risk it actually taking a turn and coming back and recovering, and it takes time to sell out of investments.\n\nTo sell out of an ETF or a managed fund, it can take anywhere from two to three days. For... Been a long... It can actually take a couple of weeks to sell out. Because when you sell investments, you need to have a buyer.\n\nIt is an actual transaction that has two sides of coin.\n\nChannel 1: I understand.\n\nChannel 0: So\n\nChannel 1: Yeah.\n\nChannel 0: the way we see the ups and downs when you're younger, when you've got a lot more time on your side like you still do, you know, you're able to go through those ups and downs, see your portfolio take great growth, go through the down times, and keep investing. The shirt was $50.
