Mad Maddie was just giving me a a bit of a rundown just, I guess, explaining your inquiry and and the questions you had. So I'm just having a quick look through the account myself. So I guess the the the query sort of comes from, like, where the balance is, what's kind of happening on that front, and and what's, you know, where where the funds are ultimately going and and, I guess, the the market movement, which absolutely makes which is absolutely fine. So I'm just having a look right now at everything. So in terms of, I guess, money coming into the account, you've had the you've had a couple of contributions land in the account through July. And then other other than that, like, the original contribution or the roll in of funds coming into the account landed in early May. And with that, that balance is a $145,170 that's rolled in from external sources. The rest of the account, which is realistically, it's about $505,110 dollars has come from growth on the account. So when you let's go with a brick analogy. It's probably one of my favorite favorite analogies to help kind of explain. When you buy shares, you buy them at a certain price. And each of those each of those shares are basically a brick, and you build a a building with it. And sometimes the bricks cost a dollar, and sometimes they cost $2.50 depending on the color, the shape, the shade of the brick, that's the thing. And, ultimately, what we want is we want a house that fills with different different colored bricks and all modally different shades. And the reason you want that is because over time, as you buy bricks at different costs, the market moves up and down, and you're able to, in a down market, we can buy bricks that are cheaper cost with, you know, over time being able to sell them at a higher. Now how we buy and sell is we always wanna try and make sure that we're selling any of the bricks when, you know, we're selling them at a higher price than what we bought them at. So if we end up buying, say, something in the same stock and we buy something for a dollar and we buy something for a dollar 50, and we do have to sell something within that stock. We try and sell something in a dollar. Yes. It is definitely making money. I I I understand that with you know, the the concern is that, you know, it it has been sitting at a $145,000 value, but it does take a little bit of time to settle itself in when you establish a new fund. And there is our fee that does come from that fund originally, which does have a bit of an impact on that initial move in. But realistically, we're we're looking at two months with the fund being established, and it does take about twelve months to really, really settle in and start seeing that that good movement growth. Yeah. Two two months, I'm I'm honestly really happy with where the fund is sitting. I'm not I'm not concerned with the fund balance at all. And I would tell you straight up if I was, you know, if we could make movements to to some of the assets that you'll you you hold. But all the assets, gold being the exception, have all increased in value since you bought them. Gold obviously fluctuates a little bit and, you know, it's that sort of it it can gain a loss. That's the only asset that's that's sort of a little bit down from where you bought it originally. Everything else is actually up in price. So it it is it is doing really, really well at the moment. And two months in for any asset that we buy, you're still in that instability period. It's still basically, you dug up the dirt, and we're letting the dirt we're letting the dust settle. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. No. That's okay. Absolutely happy to explain it. Yeah. No. That's okay. It's probably one of my favorite favorite analogies to help kind of explain. When you buy shares, you buy them at a certain price. And each of those each of those shares are basically a brick, and you build a a building with it. And sometimes the bricks cost a dollar, and sometimes they cost $2.50 depending on the color, the shape, the shade of the brick, that's the thing.\n\nAnd, ultimately, what we want is we want a house that fills with different different colored bricks and all modally different shades. And the reason you want that is because over time, as you buy bricks at different costs, the market moves up and down, and you're able to, in a down market, we can buy bricks that are cheaper cost with, you know, over time being able to sell them at a higher. Now how we buy and sell is we always wanna try and make sure that we're selling any of the bricks when, you know, we're selling them at a higher price than what we bought them at. So if we end up buying, say, something in the same stock and we buy something for a dollar and we buy something for a dollar 50, and we do have to sell something within that stock. We try and sell something in a dollar.\n\nYes. It is definitely making money. I I I understand that with you know, the the concern is that, you know, it it has been sitting at a $145,000 value, but it does take a little bit of time to settle itself in when you establish a new fund. And there is our fee that does come from that fund originally, which does have a bit of an impact on that initial move in. But realistically, we're we're looking at two months with the fund being established, and it does take about twelve months to really, really settle in and start seeing that that good movement growth.\n\nYeah. Two two months, I'm I'm honestly really happy with where the fund is sitting. I'm not I'm not concerned with the fund balance at all. And I would tell you straight up if I was, you know, if we could make movements to to some of the assets that you'll you you hold. But all the assets, gold being the exception, have all increased in value since you bought them.\n\nGold obviously fluctuates a little bit and, you know, it's that sort of it it can gain a loss. So I'm just having a look right now at everything. So in terms of, I guess, money coming into the account, you've had the you've had a couple of contributions land in the account through July. And\n\nChannel 1: Yep.\n\nChannel 0: then other other than that, like, the original contribution or the roll in of funds coming into the account landed in early May. And with that, that balance is a $145,170 that's rolled in from external sources. The rest of the account, which is realistically, it's about $505,110 dollars has come from growth on the account. So when you let's go with a brick analogy. It's probably one of my favorite favorite analogies to help kind of explain.\n\nWhen you buy shares, you buy them at a certain price. And each of\n\nChannel 1: Yeah.\n\nChannel 0: those each of those shares are basically a brick, and you build a a building with it. And sometimes the bricks cost a dollar, and sometimes they cost $2.50 depending on the color, the shape, the shade of the brick, that's the thing. And, ultimately, what we want is we want a house that fills with different different colored bricks and all modally different shades. And the reason you want that is because over time, as you buy bricks at different costs, the market moves up and down, and you're able to, in a down market, we can buy bricks that are cheaper cost with, you know, over time being able to sell them at a higher. Now how we buy and sell is we always wanna try and make sure that we're selling any of the bricks when, you know, we're selling them at a higher price than what we bought them at.\n\nSo if we end up buying, say, something in the same stock and we buy something for a dollar and we buy something for a dollar 50, and we do have\n\nChannel 1: Yeah.\n\nChannel 0: to sell\n\nChannel 1: Yeah. Yeah.\n\nChannel 0: something within\n\nChannel 1: But\n\nChannel 0: that\n\nChannel 1: it's\n\nChannel 0: stock.\n\nChannel 1: been\n\nChannel 0: We try\n\nChannel 1: it's\n\nChannel 0: and sell something in a dollar.\n\nChannel 1: I understand\n\nChannel 0: Yes.\n\nChannel 1: I understand how it works, but it's been at this evaluation for quite a while now. It's just sitting there. Nothing's happening.\n\nChannel 0: It is definitely making money. I I I understand that with you know, the the concern is that, you know, it it has been sitting at a $145,000 value, but it does take a little bit of time to settle itself in when you establish a new fund. And there is our fee that does come from that fund originally, which does have a bit of an impact on that initial move in. But realistically, we're we're looking at two months with the fund being established, and it does take about twelve months to really, really settle in and start seeing that\n\nChannel 1: Alright.\n\nChannel 0: that good\n\nChannel 1: Okay.\n\nChannel 0: movement growth. Yeah.\n\nChannel 1: Yep. Yep.\n\nChannel 0: Two two months, I'm I'm honestly really happy with where the fund is sitting. I'm not I'm not concerned with the fund balance at all. And I would tell you straight up if I was, you know, if we could make movements to to some of the assets that you'll you you hold. But all the assets, gold being the exception, have all increased in value since you bought them. Gold\n\nChannel 1: Yep.\n\nChannel 0: obviously fluctuates a little bit and, you know, it's that sort\n\nChannel 1: Yeah.\n\nChannel 0: of\n\nChannel 1: It does.\n\nChannel 0: it it can gain a loss. That's the only asset that's that's sort of a little bit down from where you bought it originally. Everything else is actually up in price.\n\nChannel 1: Okay.\n\nChannel 0: So\n\nChannel 1: No\n\nChannel 0: it\n\nChannel 1: worries.\n\nChannel 0: it is it is doing really, really well at the moment. And two months in for any asset that we buy,\n\nChannel 1: Yep.\n\nChannel 0: you're still in that instability period.
